2023: Our Year In Review
As 2023 draws to a close once more, we naturally reminisce on the past twelve months. This year’s motto was “Think pink” because we wanted to embrace a young-at-heart spirit. Our studio has been in the pink of condition as we’ve entered our sixth year — where has the time gone?
2022: Our Year in Review
This year’s motto was “we’re five years older, five years bolder”. This was set in December 2021 in preparation for 2022, and we can confidently say: boldness was needed! Phew, the last 12 months have been a whirlwind, and potentially our most difficult yet.
2021: Our Year in Review
Oh, what a year it has been! Do we even need to mention the C-word? You know the one! After all, the whole world has been affected (and infected). However, let's not dwell on troubles. Instead, we want to acknowledge achievements. So, here's a positive review of 2021.
Creative Industries Entrepreneur of the Year — We're Finalists!
Good news story! We are proud to announce that Buttercrumble is a regional finalist for the “Creative Industries Entrepreneur of the Year”. This news comes at a pivotal time — during the COVID-19 pandemic — so the recognition is welcomed more than ever.
2019: Our Year in Review
At the beginning of 2019, we shared a graphic on social media stating "dreams are the seeds of change". At this time, we were still working at home – just the two of us! Twelve months later and we are now settled in our new studio with a larger team of three. This was something we dreamt of when first starting. We are so grateful we've been able to grow to this point (with plenty of growth left in us).
How did we get to this point, now? Let us share a recap of the last twelve months, starting in January 2019...
This new beginning motivates us to reinvent ourselves, exercise our strengths, and remedy our foibles. I find this especially true of our young generation climbing social ladders and (literally) growing out of their former selves!
