Reporting directly to the company’s director, this is a unique opportunity to make a personal impact in a small but progressive company. Based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, Buttercrumble is a family-owned business who specialise in creative strategy, illustration, and brand design. Buttercrumble takes pride in delivering their services to a number of community-sensitive and young-at-heart brands across the globe.

The Community Happiness Manager will be responsible for nurturing relationships with our clients. This can be achieved through careful listening and thoughtful design consultation. Therefore, candidates must be extroverted problem-solvers who are passionate about delivering an exceptional level of service to the brands we partner with.

An understanding of design principles and processes is desired, as Community Happiness Manager, you will be answering to, recording and processing client enquiries with a high level of confidence. An understanding of creative solutions will help you to work harmoniously with clients and the team while representing the distinctive Buttercrumble brand.

To succeed in this role you must show impeccable attention to detail in all aspects of your work, and in personal presentation and communication. The Community Happiness Manager shows a genuine interest in our client’s organisations and is always eager to help.

 
 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of Buttercrumble’s offering and the overall creative industries.

  • Engage in regular contact with clients to build business relationships and customer satisfaction. This involves consultative selling skills to understand pain-points and requirements.

  • Answers, records and processes all customer enquiries, working with the creative team, to resolve requests.

  • Gathers, summarises and provides information to clients regarding their ongoing projects and listens carefully to their feedback.

  • Accurate management of our Customer Relations Management system.

  • Attend meetings and calls, then process and record information.

  • Support marketing team to attract new partnerships and enhance brand reputation.

  • Support designers with the delivery of creative solutions for print and digital.


Requirements:

  • Customer service experience

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 (C) or above

  • A Level 3 qualification


Preferred Skills:

  • Hubspot or other CRM experience

  • An understanding of Trello

  • Interest in working globally across cultures

  • Experience working within the creative industries

  • Experience of Adobe Creative Cloud programmes

  • Full UK driving license
