Reporting directly to the company’s director, this is a unique opportunity to make a personal impact in a small but progressive company. Based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, Buttercrumble is a family-owned business who specialise in creative strategy, illustration, and brand design. Buttercrumble takes pride in delivering their services to a number of community-sensitive and young-at-heart brands across the globe.
The Junior Sales Account Manager will be responsible for building their own accounts whilst developing relationships with clients as their key contact. Candidates must be extroverted problem-solvers who are passionate about delivering an exceptional level of service to the brands we partner with.
An understanding of design principles and processes is desired, as Junior Sales Account Manager, you will be answering to, recording and processing client enquiries with a high level of confidence. An understanding of creative solutions will help you to acquire new clients and represent the distinctive Buttercrumble brand.
To succeed in this role you must show impeccable attention to detail in all aspects of your work, and in personal presentation and communication. The Junior Sales Account Manager shows a genuine interest in our client’s organisations and is always eager to help.
Your Responsibilities:
Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of Buttercrumble’s offering and the overall creative industries.
Identify new partnerships and use consultative selling skills to understand their pain-points and requirements.
Engage in regular contact with clients to build business relationships and customer satisfaction.
Answers, records and processes all customer enquiries, working with the creative team, to resolve requests.
Follows up with relevant enquiries to secure new business opportunities.
Gathers, summarises and provides information to clients regarding their ongoing projects and listens carefully to their feedback.
Accurate management of our Customer Relations Management system.
Attend meetings and calls, then process and record information.
Entry Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales
GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 (C) or above
A Level 3 qualification
Preferred Skills:
Hubspot or other CRM experience
An understanding of Trello
Interest in working globally across cultures
Experience working within the creative industries
Full UK Driving license
Personal Attributes:
Strong presentation skills
Eloquent verbal and written communication skills
A genuine interest in helping organisations
A growth-mindset with a passion to solve-problems
Desire to support team members and other colleagues
Natural communicator with a kind and extroverted nature
